About Me
Hi, I’m Dr. Arienne – a mom, physical therapist, athletic trainer, and lifelong learner based in Miami, Florida. Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be when your body isn’t cooperating the way you want it to—especially after pregnancy, injury, or years of pushing your limits. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping active individuals restore confidence in their movement, strength, and pelvic health.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh, and later completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Florida International University. My early career took me into the world of orthopedics and sports performance – from youth sports to Olympians and professionals. But as I grew in my own journey (and became a mom myself), I saw a massive gap in care for prenatal and postpartum women, female athletes, and men experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. That’s where my focus turned—and I haven’t looked back.
I take a whole-body, movement-based approach to pelvic health, blending hands-on treatment, education, and functional training to get you back to doing what you love—without limitations. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, managing pelvic pain, or working toward peak performance, I’m here to help you feel strong, capable, and in control of your body again.
Let’s get you back to living life on your terms.
One-on-One treatment sessions, designed specifically for YOU.
With EM Pelvic Health, you can address the WHOLE body, and not just one part.
Looking to get back to doing the things you love?
We bridge the gap between connection and function.
